Colonel Conk Moustache Wax shouuld be known as "Lieutenant Conk Barely a Moustache Wax". Compared to other brands of moustache wax (Clubman) Colonel Conk's wax doesn't stand up to the task. The wax does not have the "holding power" to keep a heavy moustache (like mine) from ending up drooping down over the lip. and refuses to keep the "handlebar" looking the part. I have used about 1/2 of one jar. I doubt the rest will survive a trip to the trash can.

I was really anticipating trying out Colonel Conk's mustache wax. Boy was I excited at the prospect of trying something different that my standard mustache wax. I have a substantial modified 3 musketeer type mustache, which needs extremely firm hold. This is not what Colonel Conk's moustache wax provides. Colonel Conk's Moustache Wax lists it's ingredients in this order, Petrolatum (that means vaseline, folks), Paraffin Wax, and frangrance. I give it 1 star, for the slight hold, and a not unpleasant smell, but it looks greasy in your mustache, and doesn't hold well at all, especially under heat.

This is the best moustache wax on the market today. However this item is not shipped to APO / FPO or International addresses so I feel that this product is somewhat worthless to be sold on Amazon.com. If it was shipped to FPO and APO addresses it would sell much better. I would surely buy it. Clubman Moustache Wax with Brush/Comb, Neutral and Brown in 5 oz tubes are shipped to FPO and APO addresses... It is a somewhat good wax but it isnft as great as like Colonel Conk's wax is. Why isn't Colonel Conk shipped to FPO/APO addresses? Besides that included with each tube of Clubman there is an application brush/comb. Who needs 5 or 6 brush/combs lying around the house, very wasteful if you think about it! It is almost anti-American not to ship any products to FPO or APO addresses. Until some policy maker changes this policy I have to deal with the pile of un-needed Clubman brush/combs.
